This skill allows the user to activate Spells that have been imbedded within an item. Please see the Magic page for a full description.
In addition, Use Magical Device allows a Character to activate an item that they do not normally meet the prerequisites for. The DC of the check needed to make such an item work is equal to 15 times the highest level spell involved in the creation of the item.
