Cultures
Along with Ancestry, a Character's Culture is instrumental in their growth and formation. Culture informs what they will focus on in their education or what the majority of the populace considers ethical or beautiful. A single Ancestry may have multiple cultures associated with them. Beings of other Ancestries may be raised in a foreign culture. Any character that spends a continuous year in a culture may take talents from the foreign culture.
From a mechanics perspective, each culture consists of a set of talents that a character may choose to learn, although none are mandatory. Most cultures share some of these talents with other similar cultures, although each culture is distinct in some fashion.
