Make a Spell Attack against the Fortitude Defence of every creature and freestanding object in the area.
On a success, the bolt deals 3d6 Radiant damage
on a failure, it deals half that Radiant damage done instead.
When this spell encounters a solid object, such as a wall of stone, it attempts to penetrate it, dealing damage against the health of the object.
The first time the spell encounters a solid object it cannot penetrate, it will rebound from that object at an angle equal to the angle at which it approached the obect.
If the area of the spell would overlap the same creature or freestanding object multiple times, it deals damage to that creature equal to the number of times it overlaps that creature.
Upcast by 1: increase the Radiant damage done by 1d6
Upcast by 2: increase the number of times the spell will rebound from an object it cannot penetrate by 1.
