Spell Strike

Whenever you cast a spell with a Range of Touch or greater, and that has an Area of Effect that is equal to 1 or more Targets, instead of attempting to resolve that spell as normal, you may make an attack with a melee weapon.

If that attack hits, you resolve the effects of that spell against the target as if you had successfully effected them with the spell.

Damage that would be done as part of the spell is resolved with the damage from the attack.
