Whenever you cast a spell with a casting time of 2 AP or greater, you may make an attack with a melee weapon at a -20 penalty to Offence
While you concentrate on Combat Magic, for every 2 levels by which you Upcast it, you may reduce the Offence penalty from Spell Combat by -10. This cannot cause the penalty to become a bonus.
