The focus becomes a +1 Spell Adder or a 1.5x Mana Multiplier (Caster's choice) and grants a +5 Enhancement bonus to Essence Spell Attack.
The effects of this spell fade 1 hour after the Caster begins casting the spell again or dies. If the Caster is returned to life within this 1 hour period, the spell does not end.
Upcast by 4: increase the benefits of Empower Focus by 1 step (detailed below).
