Any Creature who is within the zone when it is created or enters the zone after it has been take must make a Will Saving Throw against the Caster's Spell Save DC.

On a Failure, that creature cannot knowingly lie as long as they remain within the zone.

On a Success, they can lie but the Caster is aware that they resisted the spell.
