Caster creates a mass of sticky webs within range. If there are walls to support it the webs will cover the whole area, otherwise they will collapse and cover the floor

The first time in an action phase a creature attempts to enter or move within the Web, make a Spell Attack roll against their Reflex Defence
On a success, that creature become Restrained by the webs.
A creature that is restrained by the webs may make a 2 AP action to attempt to escape the webs. If they do, they make an Athletics check against your Spell Save DC. On a success they free themselves and cannot be restrained again by the Web this action phase.
If anyone effected by the Web or the Web itself takes Fire damage or is affected by the Aflame condition, the entire web ignites, dealing 1d6 Fire damage and effecting all target within the web with the Aflame condition.
