Caster conjures a brilliant burst of glittering particles that stick to things inside of the Area of Effect.
This has 2 effects.
First, make a Spell Attack against the Will Defence of all creatures within the Area of Effect. on a success, those creatures become Blinded for the Duration.
Second, all creatures in the area are covered by the glittering dust, causing them to emanate dim light in a 1M radius and outlining them if they are invisible.
