Trance Sleep

The character does not sleep as most being do, instead entering a waking trance that allows them to receive all the standard benefits of resting in a fraction of the time.

While the character is trancing, they are considered resting and their rest progresses at double the standard rate. While they are trancing, they are focused inward to such a degree that their ability to perceive the outside world is dimmed, causing them to suffer Disadvantage on Perception Checks.
